We have been in the tour and reservation business since 1988 and are natives of the Ozarks.

Q: What is a Vacation Planning Service?

A: We are a service business that helps you plan your family vacation, romantic getaway, honeymoon or even a wedding. Not only do we help in PLANNING, we also make all the necessary reservations for each aspect of the PACKAGE.

Q: Why should I use a Vacation Planning Service?

A: In addition to saving you a lot of time and trouble of making several phone calls and seperate payments to each business, we know WHO to call, WHAT questions to ask to get you the best prices, WHEN the best times to visit are and WHERE the best places to stay, dine and be entertained are. Who, What, When and Where!

Q: Will it cost me more money to use this service?

A: Possibly, but not always. We are a commissioned based business. Which means we get discounts or commissions from almost all the shows, attractions, and lodging places we work with. Therefore, in most cases we do not have to add any "mark up" to your package. However, please note that we do add a 3% service fee for packages paid by credit card.

Q: Why a 3% fee for credit card payment?

A: Our credit card processing company charges us that amount for each transaction. Instead of adding the 3% automatically into every package, we offer you the flexibility to pay by check or money order, two (2) weeks in advance, to avoid the 3% fee.

Q: How do I get my tickets?

A: We will pick-up and deliver your tickets to your place of lodging, in most cases, before you even arrive. We will have your tickets, as well as a local map, brochures and information in an arrival packet waiting for you upon check-in.

Q: If I have to cancel, will I get a refund?

A: Yes, you will receive a refund (Less the 3% credit card fee if paid by credit card), providing that you cancel with us at least 72 hours prior to arrival, or sooner if a specific show, attraction or lodging business has a different policy. We will let you know the specific dates and times at the time you book your reservations with us.
